Warehouse Associate

Pay: $19 per hour

About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to support order fulfillment in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The primary focus is on accurately picking, packing, and preparing items for shipment to ensure high customer satisfaction and efficient operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick and pack items from inventory based on order requirements
• Verify and accurately record item quantities and descriptions
• Inspect products for quality before packing to meet company standards
• Prepare packages for shipment, including labeling and securing items
• Assist with inventory control by monitoring stock levels and reporting discrepancies
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace following safety and sanitation guidelines
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals
• Operate warehouse tools and systems as needed
• Follow safety protocols and wear PPE when required
• Move packages weighing up to 50 pounds and stand, walk, or bend for extended periods
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure workflow efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Ability to lift, carry, and move packages up to 50 pounds
• Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Reliable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish
