SR. OPERATIONS MANAGER
We're looking for a seasoned, hands-on operations manager with a proven track record of leading people, building scalable operating systems, and driving operational transformation in growing, entrepreneurial businesses.
Have you held direct responsibility for managing a company's day-to-day operations, including its people, technology, processes, budgets, and performance?
Have you led teams through significant operational change, independently designed and implemented integrated business systems, and established the processes, performance measures, and accountability needed to scale?
Have you partnered directly with founders or leadership to translate business strategy into operational priorities, manage resources and competing demands, and deliver measurable business results?
And are you the kind of leader who doesn't just direct the work, but has the technical expertise and willingness to roll up your sleeves and do it?
That's who we're looking for.
This is not an entry point into operations management or a role designed for someone to grow into. We're looking for an experienced manager who has already owned these responsibilities and delivered results.
This isn't a big-company management role where you oversee departments, delegate projects, and strategically manage existing systems. We're a lean team, and we need someone who can both design the operating infrastructure and help build, implement, manage, and improve it.
That means knowing how to connect the dots across the entire business, from CRM and marketing automation to enrollment, billing, financial controls, team workflows, reporting, and the member experience. You'll need to understand how these pieces work together, identify what's missing, and have the technical and operational skills to make them work better.
We're especially interested in someone who has already done this in a small or growing business, ideally leveraging platforms like HubSpot, Asana, Stripe, Zapier/Make, and increasingly AI to replace manual work, eliminate friction, improve execution, and create capacity for growth.
If you're the kind of operator who sees a messy process and can't wait to fix it, loves turning complexity into simplicity, and takes pride in building a business that runs better because of your work, keep reading.
THE OPPORTUNITY

You'll oversee operations across our programs, people, platforms, marketing execution, and financial administration, ensuring the business runs smoothly, accurately, and efficiently.
You'll also help us harness AI, automation, and technology to work smarter, improve the member experience, and scale without unnecessary complexity or headcount.
This is a hands-on management role in a growing, entrepreneurial company. You'll lead people and projects, but you'll also personally execute important operational work, solve problems, ensure operational excellence, and work closely with the CEO to build out our next level operating platform.
