Litigation Paralegal Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys in all phases of litigation, including case management, discovery, and trial preparation
• Draft and file legal documents such as briefs, pleadings, and subpoenas
• Conduct legal research and analyze case facts
• Organize and review documents for discovery and production
• Manage case calendars, deadlines, and billable time

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of civil litigation experience (real estate/business litigation)
• Strong proficiency in California e-filing (state & federal) and calendaring
• Prior experience supporting multiple attorneys in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail
• ABA-approved Paralegal Certificate preferred
