Adecco is hiring Warehouse Associates for PEAK SEASON in Fairfield, CA!

Peak Season runs September through January, and we are looking for reliable, hardworking candidates to join our team during our busiest time of year.

Pay: $17.00–$17.50 per hour
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday
Overtime: Additional overtime and weekend hours may be available/required during Peak Season

What You'll Do

As a Warehouse Associate, you will:

• Locate, pick, unload, and label merchandise.

• Load and unload merchandise.

• Consolidate merchandise by SKU to maximize warehouse space.

• Report damaged merchandise to the DC Lead for inventory adjustments.

• Follow inventory transactions and the Distribution Center location system.

• Keep warehouse and sortation areas clean and organized.

• Assist with inventory counts and recounts as needed.

• Operate RF scanners.

• Perform additional warehouse duties as directed by the DC Lead.

What We're Looking For

Candidates should:

• Have at least 6 months of previous warehouse experience.

• Be able to work safely in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

• Be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Be reliable and able to maintain strong attendance throughout Peak Season.

• Be flexible to work overtime and/or weekends as business needs increase.

• High School Diploma/GED preferred.

Multiple Shifts Available

AM Shift: 5:00 AM–1:30 PM | $17.00/hr
PM Shift: 12:30 PM–9:00 PM | $17.50/hr

Pay Details: $17.00 to $17.50 per hour
