The Admin Correspondence II agent provides knowledgeable written responses to Federal Student Loan (FSA) inquiries in a courteous and professional manner.

This is a full-time remote opportunity that requires the employee to live within a 110-mile driving radius of the Coast Professional office located at 651 Downing Pines Rd West Monroe, LA 71292.
Pay is $16.50 per hour plus $4.57 health and welfare.
The schedule requires availability Monday - Friday between the hours of 8am-6:30pm.
Job duties and responsibilities include working on semi-routine assignments, providing administrative support, performing repetitive clerical steps, interpreting paperwork, compiling and verifying data, outreach via communication, reading scripts, applying data program techniques, generating reports, reviewing documents, interpreting forms, undergoing program training, adhering to security policies, and using communication tools.
Additional requirements include residing in the U.S., being a U.S. citizen, passing a criminal background check, not being delinquent on federal student loans, working holidays and overtime, protecting personally identifiable information, writing with proper grammar, typing at least 23 WPM, working independently and in a team, having interpersonal skills, navigating Excel, identifying new scenarios, having a logical thought process, being organized, accepting feedback, and using communication resources.
Education required is a high school diploma or GED. Experience required is at least one (1) year of customer service, administrative, or call center experience.
As a federal contractor, this position requires U.S. citizenship and security clearance granting access to classified information.
Physical demands include talking or hearing, close, distance, color, peripheral vision, adjusting focus, using hands or fingers, standing, walking, sitting, reaching, lifting up to 10 pounds.
