Warehouse Equipment Receiving SpecialistResponsible for receiving, inspecting, documenting, storing, and moving inbound commercial kitchen equipment, including large and heavy equipment components, and related merchandise while maintaining inventory accuracy and warehouse organization. This role supports receiving operations through accurate data entry, discrepancy reporting, inventory control, records management, and adherence to safety and compliance standards.Duties and ResponsibilitiesManage receipt of inbound commercial kitchen equipmentDeconsolidation and re-palletization of heavy equipment inventoryOver, Short, Damage Processing (OS&D)Data EntryWarehouse cleaning and organizationBill of Lading verificationPhysical inspection of freightQualificationsEducation Required: High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)Education Preferred:Experience Required: Previous receiving and warehouse experience. Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, records management. Data entry.Experience Preferred: Logistics or distribution center operations, warehouse receiving or inventory control, inventory discrepancy reporting, working knowledge of SAP. Bilingual.Licenses/Certifications Required: Ability to obtain certification to operate forklifts and material handling equipment.Licenses/Certifications Preferred: Forklift CertifiedSkills and Abilities: High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to read and interpret packing slips, purchase orders, and shipping documents.
