Summary:
The Senior Inventory and Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory transactions, receiving, storing, and distributing raw materials, finished goods, and work-in-progress (WIP) items based on the daily Production Schedule. This role ensures compliance with company standards while facilitating smooth warehouse operations. The coordinator also plays a key role in cycle counting, inventory accuracy, and managing materials flow between different storage locations. In addition, this position will support warehouse operations, including the safe handling of materials and equipment, and will assist in the efficient organization and control of inventory.

Qualifications:
While this position has no direct supervisory responsibilities, it may require the supervision of administrative staff or Warehouse Worker II during the absence of the Warehouse Supervisor. The role also involves leading cycle counting efforts and providing direction to warehouse staff on proper inventory procedures.

Skills:
o Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (Oracle preferred) and warehouse operations.
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
o This position requires attention to detail and accuracy, and the ability to convey discrepancies or errors to co-workers.
Language Skills:
o Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
o Ability to read and interpret and explain documents such as procedures picks list, material requisitions, and Bill of Lading.
o Ability to write routine reports and correspondence both in English and Spanish.
o Ability to speak effectively before groups of employees.
Mathematical Skills:
o Proficient in performing basic math operations including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division with whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
o Capable of calculating rates, ratios, percentages, and interpreting bar graphs.
o Experienced in using units of currency, weight, volume, and distance for calculations.
o Must pass the Warehouse Pre-Employment Math Test
Reasoning Ability:
§ Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
§ Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
