The AYA Rooftop Restaurant Server is responsible for providing attentive, knowledgeable, and personalized service to guests, ensuring exceptional dining experience in a high-end restaurant setting. This role involves taking accurate food and beverage orders, offering menu recommendations with a focus on seasonal menu selections and wine pairings, and delivering orders promptly and correctly. The Food Server must maintain a professional, polished demeanor, anticipate guest needs, and work closely with the culinary and service teams to uphold the restaurant s standards of excellence.

Must have three (3) years experience in gourmet or fine dining restaurants.

Must be at least 21 years of age.
