We are seeking a General Maintenance Worker to become a part of our team! You will perform necessary work to repair, maintain and remodel Military Family Housing units.

Responsibilities:

• Repair minor defects in houses, homes, apartments and buildings
• Complete all routine maintenance requirements in vacant units between residents
• Accomplish all aspects of kitchen and bathroom remodels
• Maintain a clean and a safe work space
• Perform all other duties, as assigned

Qualifications:

• 3 years previous experience in maintenance or other related service fields
• Experience related to carpentry, electrical, plumbing and finishes
• Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment
• Own personal hand tools - bench and specialty tools provided by the company
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Must have current Drivers license without federal limits
• Must have current auto insurance and registration.
