Office Assistant Job Location:Sebastopol, California Job Type:Temp to Hire Pay Rate:$20-$25/hour Schedule:Monday - Friday; 8am-5pm Description of Position:Do you have Office Assistant or Administrative experience? Our client is looking for a dependable and organized Office Assistant to join a busy winery in Sebastopol. This is a great opportunity to become part of a close-knit of approximately 10 employees, where you'll play an important role in supporting daily office operations. Job Responsibilities:Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate team membersProvide administrative support to the winery officeEnter customer orders for wine shipments accurately and efficientlyPrint shipping labels and assist with shipping documentationMaintain organized filing systems and office recordsSupport the team with a variety of general office duties as neededAssist with additional projects and responsibilities as assigned Description of Company:You will be supporting a well established winery in Sebastopol, California.
