Overview Santa Rosa Junior College (SRJC) is seeking qualified applicants for its Associate Faculty Pool in Agricultural Engineering (Mechanics) . Assignments may be temporary, part-time, and/or on‑call. TheSonoma County Junior College District does not offer fully remote positions.Compensation & Benefits Hourly Rate: $60.76–$154.09, based on education and experienceAssignment: Part‑time (up to 67% of full‑time load)Benefits: Eligible part‑time faculty receive medical insurance (based on eligibility)Sick Leave: Accrued on a pro‑rated basisRetirement Options: CalSTRS Defined Benefit, CalSTRS Cash Balance, and Social SecurityKey Duties & Responsibilities Deliver high‑quality, student‑centered instruction in Agricultural Engineering.Provide academic support to students during scheduled office hours.Demonstrate sensitivity and inclusivity toward diverse student populations.Maintain subject‑matter expertise and professional currency.Perform additional duties such as committee participation or student assessments, as required.Department Overview SRJC's Agriculture & Natural Resources Department is California's largest community college agriculture program, serving over 2,500 students .
