Job Details

Compensation Pay Range: $18.21 - $24.50. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.Additional compensation includes annual and quarterly performance bonuses. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.Job Functions Drive company vehicle to deliver parts and products to O'Reilly stores and the distribution center.Pick up and sign for stock transfers at each stop on the set route, deliver to the appropriate store, and maintain a daily city route manifest for deliveries.Must have a legal state driver's license and meet company mandated driving eligibility requirements.Check fluid levels (oil, radiator, transmission, etc.) and log mileage prior to operating vehicle each day; ensure the fuel tank is filled and lock and secure vehicle at the end of the day.Maintain the fleet/fuel card, vehicle, and keys securely; report vehicle maintenance needs immediately to the store manager.Maintain a professional and personable image to foster good customer relations; communicate any problems or special needs from stores to store management.Clock in/out according to company policy, and report delays to city delivery supervisor and/or remaining stores on the route.Drive safely and defensively.Ensure a designated team member at each store verifies all invoices and signs the route manifest.Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.Skills, Education, Knowledge, Experience, Abilities Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.Good interpersonal communication skills.Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing delivery situations.Driving record must meet the standard set in the company's 14/18-point record system.Desired: Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).Benefits Competitive wages and paid time off.Stock purchase plan and 401k with employer contributions.Medical, dental, and vision insurance with optional flexible spending account (FSA).Team member health and wellbeing programs.Tuition educational assistance programs.Opportunities for career growth.Equal Opportunity Employment O'Reilly Auto Parts is an equal opportunity employer.
