Position Summary Responsible for managing the overall operation of the store including tool rental, merchandise sales, inventory control, shipping & receiving, administrative and financial operations, safety and merchandising. Ensures store compliance with company policies and procedures.Responsibilities Plan and execute actions to meet rental revenue, sales and profitability goals.Develop understanding of store financials to aid in planning actions to drive store performance.Oversee all phases of store opening/closing.Plan inventory to maintain proper stock based on market demands.Ensure proper cash handling—balancing receipts and making bank deposits.Solicit customer feedback to inform product stocking.Participate in testing and providing feedback on company initiatives.Merchandise products and organize showroom & rear warehouse for safe handling.Provide excellent customer service and build repeat customer relationships.Generate revenue growth through effective marketing of tools and promotion of add‑on sales.Recommend support ideas to Region Management to drive business.Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in the store and the company.Supervise Assistant Store Managers, Store Associates and Delivery drivers.Perform daily functions: greeting customers, processing transactions, merchandising, inventory audits, collections, housekeeping, data base development, loss prevention, and continuous‑improvement activities.Interact with the repair center regarding quality and timing of tool shipments.Basic Qualifications High school diploma or GED and at least four years of related experience.Minimum age 18 years.Reliable transportation; travel required (percentage and locality specified).Supervisory Responsibilities Directly supervises Assistant Store Manager and Delivery driver, if applicable.Trains employees, assigns work, escalates concerns, addresses complaints, and resolves problems in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.Core Competencies Integrity, trust, servant leadership, collaboration, and inclusive workplace values.Strong customer service, suggestive selling, financial acumen, inventory control, and problem‑solving skills.Self‑management, proactivity, and results orientation.Professional communication, both verbal and written.Computer Proficiency Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel and basic database operations.
