Seeking immediate hire.Benefits Extensive training and opportunities for career advancementPerformance based bonus programsMedical, Dental, Vision and life insurancePaid vacation, holiday and sick days401(k) with employer contributionEmployee events and contestsAbout the Role As an Assistant Property Manager at StoragePRO you will:Rent storage units, explaining different options and pricing to fit customer needs.Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and building positive relationships.Conduct regular facility inspections, ensuring cleanliness, security, and proper functioning of all equipment.Process payments, collect late fees, and maintain accurate financial records.Market and promote storage units and related products.Perform light maintenance tasks and report any major issues to designated personnel.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all tenant information and rental agreements.Uphold company policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and secure environment for all.Attend all required scheduled meetings and maintain reliable attendance.Other duties as assigned.Qualifications Excellent customer service and sales skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsA minimum of 2 years supervisory experience (preferred)Focused on achieving and exceeding objectivesProficiency in computer skills, including Word, Excel and e‑mailAbility to create relationships/rapport with tenants and diverse customersAdaptable; able to multi‑task, prioritize and thrive in a varying‑paced environmentProfessional appearance and demeanorHigh school diploma or equivalent required; college preferredConsent to a pre‑employment background checkHolder of a valid Driver's License with reliable transportationU.S. work authorizationSchedule Full‑time, day shift. Weekends required.
