Job Description
This role is a hands-on production position on a fast-paced bottling line in a large manufacturing warehouse environment. You will help fill, package, and palletize liquid products, ensuring that materials are loaded correctly, machines run safely and efficiently, and finished goods meet quality standards. The position operates on a day shift schedule with regular overtime opportunities for those who want additional hours.
Responsibilities

  • Perform general production work on a fast-paced bottling line, including loading empty bottles onto the line, operating the foiling station, operating the packing station, and palletizing boxed bottles for shipment.
  • Check bottle labels for accuracy and proper placement to ensure products meet quality and packaging standards.
  • Ensure proper materials and supplies are loaded into the machines you operate, verifying that the correct bottles, caps, labels, and packaging components are used.
  • Monitor machines to ensure they run in a safe, efficient manner, and promptly address or report any issues that may affect safety, quality, or productivity.
  • Keep machines filled with necessary materials and maintain a clean, organized work area around the equipment to support safe and efficient operations.
  • Work closely with other operators, production leads, and department personnel in a team-oriented environment to meet production goals and deadlines.
  • Wear all required safety personal protective equipment (PPE), including vests, hard hats, and safety goggles, and strictly follow all safety rules and procedures.
  • Lift and move boxes weighing up to 50-60 pounds regularly as part of the bottling and packaging process.
  • Maintain a professional, reliable presence on the production floor and follow company policies and guidelines at all times.
  • Commit to the role for a minimum of 3-6 months to support ongoing production needs and potential long-term opportunities.
Essential Skills
  • At least 1 year of production experience in a manufacturing, general labor, assembly, or similar environment.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds repetitively and safely handle boxes weighing up to 50-60 pounds throughout the shift.
  • Comfort working in a primarily Spanish-speaking environment and collaborating with a diverse team.
  • Strong team-player mindset with a positive attitude and the ability to work well with others in a highly collaborative setting.
  • Professional, mature approach to work, with a strong commitment to following strict safety rules and procedures.
  • Reliability and consistency in attendance and performance, with the ability to focus and work efficiently when on shift.
  • Basic experience with production tasks such as general labor, assembly, machine operation, packaging, and inspection.
  • Ownership of steel-toed boots suitable for use in a manufacturing environment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Willingness and ability to work 10 or more hours of overtime per week when needed.
  • Bilingual skills in English and Spanish.
  • Experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or production environment.
  • Longer-term availability, with the ability to commit to the role for 3-6 months and openness to potential future conversion to a full-time role.
  • Comfort working in a large, busy warehouse environment with bottling lines and material handling equipment.

Work Environment
The work takes place in a large manufacturing warehouse that resembles a big home improvement store, with bottling lines, forklifts, and organized production areas. The environment is fast-paced and hands-on, with a strong safety culture that prioritizes proper procedures and the use of required PPE, including vests, hard hats, safety goggles, and steel-toed boots. Team members work primarily on a day shift schedule, Monday through Friday from 4:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., with regular daily overtime and occasional Saturday work when needed. The atmosphere is friendly and team-oriented, with a heavy Spanish-speaking presence and supportive leadership that expects reliability, professionalism, and adherence to safety rules. Steel-toed boots are required; workers provide their own, and full-time employees may receive reimbursement for their boots.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
