Highlights: Work in a 277-bed acute care hospital with Level II trauma center designation Epic charting system with interdisciplinary support including PT, respiratory services, pharmacy, and more Free parking and flexible scrub color policy (any solid color except royal blue) Treat a diverse patient population including adults and geriatrics with neurological diagnoses First-time travelers accepted with one year of experience Local candidates accepted; guaranteed hours with minimal call-off policy Requirements: Valid California Occupational Therapy license (must be active prior to submission) Minimum 1 year of occupational therapy experience BLS certification required Epic charting system experience required Core competencies: infection prevention, fall/risk assessment, billing, acute and chronic disorder management, functional activities, and assessment Preferred experience with National Patient Safety Goals and Core Measures Two professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years Willingness to float to acute rehab unit and potentially affiliate facilities Availability to work 2 out of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year) Why Join Us?
