Job Details Location: Healdsburg, CA 95448. Salary: $20.00 per hour. Full‑time. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00AM – end of shift.Key Competencies Building Collaborative RelationshipsInnovation / CreativityAdaptabilityDeveloping Self & OthersPrincipal Accountabilities Yard clean up, product receiving, breakdown, product handling, and operating yard equipment such as saws or tug.Pick up all foreign material in yard to maintain a safe work environment.Collect recyclable materials and store as directed.Sweep the yard safely using a mechanical sweeper if available.Review supply inventory with Supervisor to maintain necessary level.Notify Supervisor of any maintenance or safety issues observed.Manually stack lumber products as instructed.Assist with inventory and/or cycle counts as directed.Operate a gas‑powered tug to move lumber products.Package materials and keep packaging area clean and organized.Assist in keeping lanes and other areas clean and clear for traffic.Operate saw to cut lengths from lumber as needed to fill an order when properly trained.Keep an inventory of stickers, corners, and wrap.Occasionally scan bar code.Perform other work‑related duties as assigned and remain flexible.Qualifications 0–2 years of previous industry experience.Good knowledge of lumber products.Ability to model the Capital values and provide innovative solutions.Ability to deliver high‑quality, error‑free work consistently.Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English to the extent required for the position.Abilities Lift, carry, push, or pull up to 75 pounds.Stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl up to 5% of the workday.Sit and walk or otherwise move around for prolonged periods throughout the workday.Work Environment Work performed outdoors; exposure to fumes, moving mechanical parts, vibrations, and extreme weather conditions.
