Job Details

Compensation Pay Range: $18.21 - $24.50 per hour. The hourly rate will equal or exceed the legal minimum wage at the job location. Additional compensation may include annual or quarterly performance bonuses and premiums that can be paid per hour in certain circumstances, such as based on schedule, facility, season or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.Responsibilities Operate company vehicles to deliver automotive parts and products to professional customers safely and efficiently.Use delivery fleet management hand‑held devices to process deliveries, capture customer signatures, update vehicle mileage, and complete daily vehicle inspections.Maintain vehicle cleanliness, records, and mechanical readiness, including daily inspections before operating.Secure delivery vehicles, keys, fuel/fleet credit cards, hand‑held devices, and collected monies at all times.Pick up customer returns (new, warranty, cores, etc.) and fill out driver return slips.Communicate customer issues or special needs to store management.Report vehicle maintenance needs, accidents, or damage promptly.Ensure the fuel tank is filled and secure the vehicle at the end of the day.Clock in/out according to company policy.Perform additional duties as assigned, including customer service, sweeping, general stocking and straightening, merchandising, running errands, handling core returns, checking in and putting up stock orders.Assist customers, serve as a cashier, and help with merchandising tasks when business demands.Complete any other duties assigned by management.Requirements Demonstrated ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.Strong interpersonal communication skills.Ability to adapt rapidly to changing delivery situations.Driving record that meets the company's 14/18‑point system.Legally required state driver's license and compliance with company driving eligibility requirements.Desired Skills Familiarity with automotive parts.Ability to operate other light store equipment.Multilingual fluency (Spanish highly desired).Benefits Competitive wages & paid time off.Stock purchase plan & 401(k) with employer contributions starting day one.Medical, dental, & vision insurance with optional flexible spending account (FSA).Team member health and wellbeing programs.Tuition educational assistance programs.Opportunities for career growth.O'Reilly Auto Parts is an equal opportunity employer.
