The Childcare Assistant creates a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for the children, allowing parents to focus on their therapeutic sessions.Qualifications High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Prefer college credit in early childhood/elementary education, child development, youth program or related behavioral sciences.CPR - Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Certification.Previous experience in childcare or related fields preferred.Always provides child supervision, attentive care to children. Ensuring safety, comfort, and well‑being.Must be patient and can handle various behaviors and emotions.Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
