Laughlin Rd., Santa Rosa, California, United States of AmericaJob DescriptionPosted Monday, June 29, 2026 at 7:00 AMKEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:Part Layout and TestingPart Validation and PPAP SupportCAPA and Problem-Solving SupportData Entry and AnalysisKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Assist Quality Engineers to complete validation and PPAP tasks including First Article Inspection (FAI), performance or functional testing, and report writing.Perform dimensional layouts using hand-measurement tools and CMMConduct print reviews for new or revised products (Blueprint Reading)Tabulate sample data utilizing statistical programs. Assist in compiling technical reports and summaries using Microsoft Word or Excel.Create and update process flow diagrams, process failure mode and effects analysis (PFMEA), and control plans for new or revised products.Collect and analyze product data as directed by Quality Manager or Engineers.Support corrective action activities as needed.Provide back-up support for Receiving and Final Inspection when required.LMA RESPONSIBILITIES: NoneQUALITIES FOR SUCCESS:Demonstrates Seaway Plastics Core ValuesWe are customer focusedWe executeWe win togetherWe are respectfulHigh school diploma or GED.
