Account Executive Full-time – Boston, MA (Hybrid) or Central/Eastern Timezone – US/Canada (Remote)Role Overview This role will serve as Account Executive, SMB, in our AllBooked by Skedda business. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Product/Engineering, and Customer Success, this role will be a central part of our growth.Responsibilities Building rapport with prospective customersProspecting, securing meetings, and closing new business by qualifying opportunities with key decision makers in the US and the UKDeeply understanding customers' challenges and needsPioneer our playbook and find creative, streamlined ways to win deals in high volume, high velocity environmentBecoming a product expert and showcasing AllBooked to prospective customers via video demonstrationsHelping customers find solutions to their unique space scheduling scenariosDelivering proposals to prospective customersCollaborating with the broader team on sales strategy, product strategy, and customer relationship managementQualifications Prior experience working for a tech startup or a similar environment is highly preferred, particularly with a sales focus on SMB segmentSaaS workflow experience and strong technical skills with an entrepreneurial mindsetA strong commitment to being a product expert that understands how to use our technology to creatively solve a wide-range of use casesExperience selling in a Product Led Growth organization is a plus, but not requiredPrevious experience leveraging HubSpot CRM, Outreach, ZoomInfo a plus but not requiredMotivated to understand customers' needsHighly organized person with an attention to detailDemonstrate outstanding written and verbal communication in English#J-18808-Ljbffr
