Join the SkinSpirit experience!The Aesthetic Body Specialist will be responsible for providing a full range of body treatments tailored to meet the client's needs and objectives. This role will combine the use of their marketing skills, promotion of products and services, and performing body treatments to build the business and maintain clients.What You Will DoProvide client consultations and perform body treatments tailored to each client's needs and objectives (these may include but are not limited to CoolSculpting, Venus, ReBalance)Build our body treatment business; utilize existing client base while building new client base to meet/exceed goalsAcknowledge and respond to relevant customer queries, needs and expectationsApply best practices and stay up to date with market trends and techniques for body treatmentsSuggest and promote retail products and additional services offered at the companyClean and maintain equipment and inventory of productsCross-sell complementary services available in our facilityKeep track of and update client charts; take before and after photos, add notes to chartsAttend monthly trainings/meetingsWhen not with clients, assisting in other clinic operations including but not limited to greeting clients, selling services and light cleaningAssist with other duties as assignedOccasional travel may be required to our other locations for trainingWhat You Will BringSkills, Knowledge & ExpertiseHigh School Diploma or GED1+ years of customer service or sales experience requiredAesthetician License or Medical Assistant Certification in state of practice preferred but not necessaryExceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Must be able to communicate effectively with clients, peers and managersAbility to multi-task while being attentive to clients and remaining flexible to the needs of the business.Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative independent of direct supervisionProficient with email and WordAvailability to work evenings and weekendsExperience in a clinical setting preferredSocial Media experience a plusExisting clientele a plusPhysical RequirementsProlonged periods of:Standing, bending or stoopingUse of hands and arms to touch, handle, feel or control things including but not limited to tools, objects and/or controlsReaching with hands and armsRepeating of same movementsTalking and hearingOccasional periods of:Sitting, crawling, kneeling, climbing or balancingPushing/Pulling heavy objects and/or machineryBenefitsWe offer a competitive benefits package which includes generous employee discounts, Friends & Family discounts and a beautiful working environment with a stellar team.
