• Assisted Hygiene
• Comprehensive General Dentistry

What You'll Do:

• Lead daily operations of the dental practice
• Manage and support the front office team
• Maintain an exceptional patient experience
• Oversee scheduling and maximize provider productivity
• Verify insurance benefits and manage billing workflows
• Manage PPO and Denti-Cal processes
• Monitor collections, production, and key office metrics
• Assist with treatment acceptance and financial arrangements
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members
• Ensure OSHA, HIPAA, and regulatory compliance
• Partner with the doctors to achieve operational and financial goals

Employment Type: Full-Time M-F 9:00am-5:00pm | Direct Hire

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of Dental Office Management experience preferred
• Required: Denti-Cal experience
• Strong PPO insurance knowledge
• Experience with Open Dental preferred
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude with a servant-leader mindset
• Passion for creating an outstanding patient experience
