At Flow, you'll work with world-class Waterjet, Laser, and Press Brake technologies while helping customers maximize performance, productivity, and uptime. No two days are the sameone week you might be installing a brand-new machine, the next you could be training customers, solving technical challenges, or supporting operations across North America.

What You'll Do

  • Install, commission, troubleshoot, and repair Waterjet, CNC Laser, and Press Brake equipment
  • Provide hands-on technical support both on-site and remotely
  • Train customers on machine operation, preventive maintenance, and safety
  • Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and software issues
  • Build strong relationships with customers and become their trusted technical partner
  • Support machine performance through routine maintenance and service excellence

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Experience with Waterjet, CNC Laser, Press Brake, or similar industrial machinery
  • Strong mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting skills
  • A customer-focused mindset and excellent communication abilities
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Comfortable traveling extensively and adapting to new environments
  • Valid driver's license and passport required
