Details Primarily outpatient setting with a focus on orthopedic rehabilitation Additional exposure to geriatric and neurological patient populations Blended role with potential exposure to acute care and inpatient rehabilitation settings Schedule: Monday–Thursday 9:30 AM–6:00 PM, Friday 8:30 AM–5:00 PM (5x8-hour shifts) Travelers are expected to float between all facilities within the state Requirements Minimum 2 years of physical therapy experience required Active PT license required if applicable Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred; acute care or inpatient rehabilitation experience also considered Epic EMR experience required Full SSN and DOB required for consideration Minimum of 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty or setting required for consideration Additional Information Former permanent staff must wait at least 3 months before returning as a traveler and must not reside within 50 miles of the facility Refusal to float between facilities within the state may result in termination of the assignment Minimal RTO is strongly preferred for this position American Traveler Job ID P-716769.
