Onsite Director Of Outpatient Quality Opportunity In Northern California

My client, an independent healthcare system in Northern California, is seeking a Permanent, Onsite Director of Outpatient Quality over their ambulatory clinics. The ideal candidate will have a Masters degree in a healthcare-related field, experience in successfully leading a Quality or Risk Management Department with quantified performance improvement, and Certification in Risk Management (CPHRM), or Quality (CPHQ). The selected candidate will be rewarded with a generous base salary, relocation assistance, and benefits package.

Accountable for clinical quality, patient safety and associated topics in Ambulatory clinics. Seeking experience in ambulatory care performance improvement. 3+ years of supervisory experience required. Masters degree highly preferred. Will travel to clinic sites as needed.
