Cross Country Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel job in Santa Rosa, California. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Physical Therapist Discipline: Therapy Start Date: 07/13/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Job Summary Physical Therapist Outpatient (PT OP) Santa Rosa, CA The organization is seeking a Physical Therapist for an outpatient-focused role with acute rehab unit support. The position will support patient care within an acute rehab environment and may require flexibility to float as needed. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day. Job Details Schedule: Days shift (8 hours); minimum 40 hours per week. Required Qualifications: Valid California license in hand; Basic Life Support (BLS); acute care experience and familiarity with adaptive and mobility-related care needs; Epic charting experience. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with acute rehab and/or willingness to float within the hospital or to affiliate hospitals as needed. Additional Information: Acute rehab unit support is required; the role may include floating between units within the hospital or to nearby affiliate hospitals. Weekend coverage is required (every Saturday). A block schedule may be accommodated at manager discretion. Candidates must be willing to work 2 out of the 3 major holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year. Return staff policy: 3 months to return as a traveler. Validations/submission requirements include RTO included at time of submission and required reference documentation (2 references covering 1 year within the last 3 years during the compliance process and prior to start).
