Monday-Thursday: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM; Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM. Average patient volume: 8-12 patients per day, including 1-3 evaluations and follow-up appointments scheduled in 30 and 45-minute intervals. Saturday coverage available as needed.Highlights:
  • Primarily outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation with exposure to geriatric and neurological populations

    • Valid California Physical Therapist license in hand prior to submission
    • Minimum 1 year of experience as a licensed Physical Therapist
    • Outpatient orthopedic experience strongly preferred; acute care or inpatient rehabilitation experience also considered
    • BLS certification required
    • Epic charting system experience preferred
    • Two professional references covering at least 1 year within the last 3 years
    • Willingness to work 2 of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year)
