Line cooking/short order cooking. ''Room Service Model''
Two Shifts - AM 5:00am - 1:30pm; PM 10:30am to 7:00pm - Crossed Trained
3-5 years experience.
Hospital experience preferred
HS diploma preferred
Servsafe or food handler certificate preferred
Understanding of kitchen culture and procedures
Bilingual is a plus (English and Spanish)

Responsibilities:
Responsibility of the position is to professionally and efficiently clean and sanitize the kitchen, assist with receiving and delivering of patient food trays while following food safety and sanitation standards.
Adhere to Inspira's Code of Conduct Guidelines
Adhere to All ServSafe & Customer Service Standards and practices.
Adhere to all local/state/federal food safety and sanitation (HACCP standards).
