Position Type:
- 13 week Contract
- On-Site
- 40 hours per week
- Variable days of the week - 5 x 8s
- Line cooking/short order cooking. ''Room Service Model''
- Two Shifts - AM 5:00am - 1:30pm; PM 10:30am to 7:00pm - Crossed Trained
- 3-5 years experience.
- Hospital experience preferred
- HS diploma preferred
- Servsafe or food handler certificate preferred
- Understanding of kitchen culture and procedures
- Bilingual is a plus (English and Spanish)
- sanitation and safety, rule oriented, teamwork.
- Responsibility of the position is to professionally and efficiently clean and sanitize the kitchen, assist with receiving and delivering of patient food trays while following food safety and sanitation standards.

- Adhere to All ServSafe & Customer Service Standards and practices.
- Adhere to all local/state/federal food safety and sanitation (HACCP standards).
