Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Data Analyst to work with large datasets, analyze numerical information, and derive meaningful insights. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with facts, figures, and trends, and will be able to translate data findings into clear conclusions that support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and analyze large volumes of data involving facts, figures, and numerical information.
• Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
• Interpret data results and draw logical conclusions based on findings.
• Create basic reports, dashboards, and summaries to present insights clearly.
• Support senior analysts and stakeholders with data-driven insights.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to “see through” data and translate numbers into actionable insights.
• Basic knowledge of Excel, SQL, or data analysis tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar is a plus).
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Good communication skills to explain data findings in simple terms.

Experience Level:

• 0–2 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or a related role (fresh graduates encouraged to apply).
