What will you be doing?

• Lead seasonal marketing campaigns: Develop promotional marketing plans in partnership with merchandising, analytics, and finance teams
• Drive omni-channel marketing strategies: Ensure all marketing tactics align with overall brand strategy and customer experience goals
• Lead cross-functional collaboration: Provide leadership to cross-functional project teams responsible for executing key marketing initiatives
• Manage promotions & brand initiatives: Spearhead programs focused on enhancing customer experience, brand perception, and customer loyalty
• Manage vendor partnerships & co-op programs: Manage vendor relationships, co-op budgets, creative approvals, proofs, and recap reporting
• Develop & lead talent: Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback to direct reports

Qualifications that make you the perfect fit!

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field strongly preferred
• 5+ years of experience in marketing, account management, or related roles
• Retail marketing experience preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
