Business Litigation Attorney Abbey, Weitzenberg, Warren & Emery is a law firm based in Santa Rosa, California.We are seeking a trial attorney with 3-6 years of experience to join as a Business Litigation Associate. Must have a Juris Doctorate (J.D.) and admission to the California State Bar.Responsibilities include managing civil litigation matters, representing clients in trial and discovery, and working directly with clients, opposing counsel, and courts.Qualifications: 3-6 years of litigation experience; strong analytical and writing skills; trial experience; strong work ethic.
