You'll help implement smart automation, strengthen statistical process controls, streamline product flow using lean methods, and advance our systems to keep operations running at their best.A Day in the LifeImagine starting your shift by opening IQMS, reviewing preventive maintenance (PM) schedules, and prioritizing actions that keep the plant humming. You'll document completed PMs, coordinate parts so the right components are on hand, and source items for repairs without delay. On any given day, you may fabricate a small bracket to improve a machine changeover, troubleshoot a hydraulic leak, or validate an electrical repair—all while following company and regulatory standards. You'll use hand and power tools confidently and safely, collaborate across departments with clear, professional communication, and log your work on a computer using Microsoft Office. And when there's a better way to do the job, you'll help design it—then do it.Core ResponsibilitiesAdminister and sustain the preventive maintenance program within IQMS, documenting all work performed.Perform scheduled machine PMs and keep accurate records.Maintain appropriate inventories of parts and consumables required for PMs and repairs.Identify, source, and procure components and equipment to complete repairs.Operate hand and power tools safely; comply with internal and external safety standards.Use resources wisely and avoid unnecessary consumption of maintenance materials.Partner with multiple departments; communicate status and needs in a professional manner.Fabricate/modify components to support repairs and continuous improvements.Follow company procedures and applicable regulatory standards at all times.Use a PC daily (Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and Office applications).Take on additional related duties as assigned.Must-Have Qualifications5+ years of experience as a maintenance mechanic or equivalent role.Strong hydraulic and electrical skills.High school diploma or GED.Comfortable working with both metric and standard tools.Adaptable and able to pivot priorities day to day.Clear verbal communication skills with colleagues at all levels.Computer literacy with Outlook, Teams, and Microsoft Office.Solid understanding of electrical safety practices.Bonus PointsApplied science coursework or knowledge in electronics.Familiarity with ISO environments.Bilingual—Spanish preferred.Technical Strengths We ValueBuilding and maintaining preventive maintenance plansMechanical diagnostics and repairExperience with 120/208/240/480 VAC power systemsElectrical troubleshooting and repairHVAC fault-findingPneumatic system troubleshootingGeneral maintenance and repair skillsHydraulic components and systemsMechanical assemblies and component repairLockout/Tagout (LOTO)Reading and interpreting electrical schematicsTools and TechnologiesYou'll encounter PLC platforms from Fanuc, Allen‑Bradley, and Siemens.Compensation and Pay TransparencyWe follow a defined pay range approach that aligns compensation with relevant experience, education, and certifications.
