DescriptionPhlebotomist at Providence Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital in Santa Rosa, CA. This position is Per‑Diem and will work 10‑hour, Evening shifts.ResponsibilitiesPrimary responsibility is to accurately identify patients, collect high‑quality blood specimens on inpatients, and deliver samples to the laboratory in a timely fashion.Required QualificationsCoursework/Training: Continuing Education Units; 6 units every 2 years.Coursework/Training: Phlebotomy courses from a California State approved School of Phlebotomy (see State Phlebotomy regulations).Upon hire: California Certified Phlebotomy Technician I License orUpon hire: California Certified Phlebotomy Technician II License.Preferred QualificationsLaboratory, medical office, or hospital experience.CompensationPay range: $29.27 - $39.03.
