Job SummaryThe Engineer is responsible for maintaining the hotel's physical facilities and equipment in good working order. This includes performing routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections to ensure guest comfort, safety, and satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform preventative maintenance on guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house equipment.Respond promptly to guest and staff maintenance requests.Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.Maintain accurate records of maintenance work performed.Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with hotel standards and regulations.Assist with special projects and renovations as needed.QualificationsPrevious experience in hotel engineering or building maintenance preferred.Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.Physical RequirementsAbility to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.#J-18808-Ljbffr
