MORTGAGE LOAN COORDINATOR II – SANTA ROSAdetail-oriented and highly organized mortgage professional with 3–5+ years of experience supporting the front end of the mortgage process. You are hands-on, adaptable, and thrive in a fast-paced environment managing disclosures, compliance timelines, and member communication. You remain calm under pressure, are comfortable with frequent follow ups and shifting priorities, and bring strong technical knowledge of mortgage operations and loan origination systems.Location: NapaThis Position Pays: $27–35/hourDuration: 3–4 Month ContractSchedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PMWhat You Will Be Doing:Intake and manage new mortgage loan applications through the Loan Fulfillment Center (LFC)Serve as a primary point of contact for members, branches, and internal referralsPrepare, review, and process initial and revised mortgage disclosures in compliance with TRID and change of circumstance requirementsCommunicate with members regarding loan status, required documentation, and next stepsStructure loan scenarios aligned with member financial goals and mortgage productsReview incomplete loan applications and coordinate follow-up actions or adverse actions as neededUpload and manage electronic loan documentation in virtual loan filesProcess regulatory notices and maintain compliance timelinesMonitor department email queues and distribute loan-related documentationSupport loan processors with pre-closing verifications and administrative tasksCross-sell financial products and services when appropriateAssist with pipeline management, process improvement initiatives, and additional departmental support as neededWhat You Bring:3–5+ years of mortgage lending or mortgage operations experienceStrong experience handling mortgage disclosures and compliance requirementsWorking knowledge of TRID regulations, change of circumstance guidelines, and mortgage timelinesExperience with Loan Origination Systems (LOS); Empower preferred, Encompass, Byte, or Origins acceptedStrong Excel and computer skillsExcellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilitiesStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work independently while maintaining confidentiality and professionalismCustomer-focused mindset with the ability to build rapport and deliver excellent member serviceHigh school diploma or equivalent required; additional mortgage industry experience preferredNMLS registration ability preferred if assigned to designated positions#J-18808-Ljbffr
