Our medical team operates under physician medical director oversight, ensuring high clinical standards and full regulatory compliance.Role Overview The Sales Closer at OutfitMD is responsible for converting qualified prospects into long-term partners. This role focuses on managing warm leads, conducting discovery and closing calls, handling objections professionally, and guiding prospects through the final stages of the sales process. Compensation for this role ranges from $7.3k-$12.3k/month ($87k-$147k/year) based on performance and results. You will serve as a key revenue driver for the company and play a major role in helping clinics and wellness providers understand the value of partnering with OutfitMD. This position works closely with the Client Success, and Marketing teams.Key Responsibilities Sales & Closing Conduct scheduled high-conversion closing calls with qualified prospectsClearly communicate services, platform, and value propositionBuild trust and confidence with clinic and wellness partnersHandle objections professionally and effectivelyClose recent business according to approved pricing and company guidelinesCollaborate with marketing & client success teamEngage with qualified prospects through scheduled inbound 45-minute strategy sessions, with each closer averaging 100+ booked callsEnsure contracts, onboarding forms, and next steps are completed accuratelyEngage inbound leads promptly and professionallyConduct strategic outbound outreach when neededMaintain consistent follow-up throughout the sales cycleParticipate in coaching sessions and training programs to optimize salesStay organized and manage multiple appointments each dayCRM & Pipeline Management Maintain accurate CRM records and deal stagesTrack follow-ups, conversations, and sales outcomes consistentlyKeep pipeline organized and up to dateProvide regular sales updates to leadershipWhat We're Looking For 2+ years of experience in sales, closing, or business developmentStrong phone and video sales skillsProven ability to close deals confidently and professionallyExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsStrong organization and follow-up disciplineComfortable using CRM systems and sales toolsPreferred Experience B2B salesSaaS, healthcare, wellness, or medical-related industriesHigh-ticket sales environmentsTraits That Lead to Success Results-driven and accountablePersistent and confidentCoachable and adaptableProfessional and reliableStrong sense of ownership and urgencyWhy Join OutfitMD?
