About the Role

We're looking for Forward Deployed Engineers who enjoy solving difficult problems, working directly with customers, and building quickly.

This role sits at the intersection of engineering, product, and customer strategy. You'll partner closely with enterprise customers to understand how they work, identify opportunities for impact, and rapidly build AI-powered solutions that help them achieve meaningful business outcomes.

Success in this role requires strong technical ability, curiosity, product thinking, and a willingness to operate in ambiguity.

What You'll Do

• Work directly with enterprise customers to understand workflows, challenges, and business objectives

• Design and build AI-powered solutions that solve real customer problems

• Rapidly prototype and validate new ideas

• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to influence roadmap and platform development

• Translate customer feedback into scalable product capabilities

• Leverage modern AI development tools to accelerate delivery and experimentation

• Contribute to a culture of innovation, ownership, and continuous learning

What You'll Bring

• 3+ years of software engineering experience

• Experience building and shipping production software

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments

• Customer-first mindset with strong product intuition

• Passion for AI and emerging technologies

Nice to Have

• Startup or high-growth company experience

• Forward Deployed, Solutions, Product, or Founding Engineer background

• Experience building AI-enabled products or workflows

• Experience working directly with customers or cross-functional stakeholders

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $200,000–$250,000

Bonus: Annual Performance Bonus
