Our client, a major global law firm, is seeking a Conflicts Analyst to join their sophisticated and collaborative team.

You will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and resolving all conflict requests, using independent judgment to ensure engagements and hires are ethically and operationally clear, while conducting research, preparing conflict reports, drafting waivers and engagement letters, implementing ethical screens, maintaining records, and providing guidance and training to attorneys and staff.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a law firm and proficiency with IntApp Open, Contract Express, Microsoft Office, iManage, and other firm applications, and has a solid understanding of the ABA Model Rules of Professional Conduct and California State Bar ethical rules.
