Title: Loan Operations Specialist I (Customer Service)Location: Santa Rosa, CASalary Range: $22-$28/HRJob TypeFull-timeDescriptionThe Loan Operations Specialist I provides customer service, administrative, and clerical support to the Lending Department. This role processes routine loan transactions, responds to customer and internal inquiries, and supports daily departmental operations. The incumbent ensures accurate handling of daily operational tasks, maintains organized records, and supports department workflows. This position requires that the individual work in office.Ensures compliance within all Bank policies and procedures, as well as all applicable state and federal banking regulations.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesProvides assistance to visitors, customers, and vendorsAnswers incoming calls and forwards calls to appropriate personnel or department providing an introduction at transferMonitors and responds to designated group email inboxProvides basic administrative support and maintains supplies to Lending DepartmentsPerforms other clerical duties as needed, such as filing, scanning, and photocopyingAssists with various analyzing, formatting, and distribution of various reportsProcess loan payments and paydownsEnter and maintain accurate loan dataPrepare and input of ACH and Cashier's ChecksMaintain confidentiality of customer and loan informationEscalate complex or non-routine issues to higher-level team membersMinimum of 10 hours CRA volunteer hours per year. Volunteer hours are typically scheduled within business hours.
