This role will serve as a key liaison across HR, Procurement, Finance, Legal, and external staffing partners to drive seamless vendor operations, purchasing workflows, and workforce compliance initiatives. Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary operational contact for staffing and talent vendors, managing communication, issue resolution, and service alignment
• Manage end-to-end vendor procurement workflows including onboarding, MSA/SOW coordination, purchase order creation, and contractor onboarding
• Own invoice reconciliation and billing processes, ensuring accuracy between invoices, contracted rates, and approved services
• Partner with Finance and Accounts Payable teams to resolve billing discrepancies, payment issues, and invoice questions
• Maintain vendor records including contracts, rate cards, compliance documentation, and key stakeholder contacts
• Track and evaluate vendor performance using KPIs, service metrics, and regular business reviews
• Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Talent Acquisition, Legal, Procurement, and Finance teams
• Create and improve operational tools, templates, and workflows to increase efficiency and process consistency
• Educate hiring managers and internal teams on staffing vendor processes and procurement best practices
• Support recruiting coordination and occasional candidate screening as needed
Qualifications & Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in vendor management, staffing procurement, talent acquisition operations, or contingent workforce management
• Hands-on experience managing staffing vendors, purchase orders, invoice reconciliation, billing workflows, and contractor onboarding
• Strong knowledge of procurement operations including MSAs, SOWs, PO management, and vendor compliance processes
• Experience working cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, HR, Procurement, and Accounting teams
• Proficiency in Workday, Coupa, and/or similar procurement and vendor management systems
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced, evolving environments
• Resourceful, process-oriented, and proactive approach to problem solving
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Prior staffing agency, recruiting operations, or talent acquisition experience preferred
• Experience supporting contingent workforce programs or startup environments is a plus
• Bachelor's degree preferred

Salary
$110,000 – $120,000 base salary
