System Validation: Conduct rigorous end-of-line testing to ensure total functionality and performance benchmarks are met on the assembly line.

Metrology & Verification: Perform detailed measurements of mechanical and electrical components to verify adherence to strict engineering specifications.

Root Cause Analysis: Utilize analytical problem-solving skills to diagnose build deviations and document technical issues for continuous improvement.

Technical Interpretation: Analyze and interpret assembly instructions, engineering drawings, torque specifications, and GD&T to execute tasks with high fidelity.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with design, reliability, and test engineers to resolve technical bottlenecks and iterate on product design.

Operational Excellence: Maintain high standards of organization and communication within the shop environment to ensure workflow efficiency.

Actionable Feedback: Provide critical insights to engineering teams regarding process improvements and DFM (Design for Manufacturing) to boost quality.
