Montage International - - Responsibilities: Conduct interior and exterior patrols of the property and check for unsecured doors and rooms, trespassers, unauthorized persons in restricted areas, and safety hazards; Respond to guest and associate calls while on patrol and prioritize emergencies; Draft incident reports and maintain logs (key logs, lost and found, group resumes, contractor passes, emergency equipment) with daily audits; Monitor CCTV and maintain constant surveillance of grounds; Conduct associate safety training and report/resolve safety hazards daily; Respond to incidents and provide updates as they occur; Maintain knowledge of property activities/events during each shift and provide a professional security presence focused on customer service
