Perdue Farms - - Responsibilities: Inspects and repairs incubators and hatchery equipment to OEM specifications; Monitors environmental conditions inside incubators and chick-holding areas; Maintains HVAC and related systems to ensure optimum incubation conditions; Orders parts and equipment and manages maintenance budgets; Performs independent troubleshooting and determines repair actions with management approval for modifications or replacements
