Sage Hospitality Group - - Responsibilities: Gathers all dirty dishware from tubs brought to the dish room, rinses and stacks in dishracks, clearing dishes of leftovers and trash to prepare for automated washing; Loads full dishracks on belt and ensures correct placement for the operation of the machine; Operates automatic dishwashing machine by using controls as instructed; Unloads clean dishes from racks after processing, inspects for cleanliness, and stacks in carts and shelves for easy use by staff; Manually scrubs pots, pans and kitchen equipment; inspects for cleanliness and dries by hand, putting away in correct places
