Brookdale Senior Living - 2375 Range Avenue - Responsibilities: Keep communities running in top-notch condition through maintenance of interior and exterior buildings and grounds; Maintain scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on HVAC, elevator, fire and sprinkler equipment, generators, landscape, kitchen equipment and emergency pull cord equipment; Respond to maintenance requests by community directors and residents in private rooms and public living areas; Maintain positive communication with local fire marshal, building inspector, and other jurisdictions governing the community
