On the surface, it collapses fragmented workflows into one system. Under the hood, we are building something far deeper: The Human Experience Engine, our Persona Compatibility layer. This engine matches the right person with the right fit at the right time, based on who they are, what they want, and how they connect.
The OS is the product. The engine is the moat.
The founder's vision is to layer cognitive science into human persona compatibility, leading to hyper-personalized, real-time human connections.
We have spent the past stretch de-risking the company: ideation, market research, pilots, MVP, and a technical foundation built to scale. The product is built and moving toward launch. Distribution is in motion. Patents and trademarks are in motion. The founding team is fully committed.
This is not a traditional marketing role. This is not a social media role. This is not a normal sales role.
This is a founding distribution role.
You'll work in person in the Bay Area alongside the founders and early founding team. You'll help own the bridge between product, customers, launch, and market signal. You'll be close to the user, the product, and the founder's vision.
Your job is to help Xuman learn from the market fast, turn that learning into distribution, and feed real signals back into the product before the market has to repeat itself.
You'll help build the early distribution engine from zero to one: customer discovery, early user acquisition, launch execution, onboarding, partnerships, creator/service-provider outreach, messaging, conversion loops, and live feedback from the field.
At Xuman, distribution is not separate from product. Distribution is how we understand trust, timing, intent, fit, behavior, and human connection in the real world.
What you'll do:
• Build and execute zero-to-one distribution experiments
• Talk to users, service providers, creators, and early customers directly
• Help turn product positioning into real market traction
• Own early outreach, onboarding, and launch motion
• Build feedback loops between customers, product, and engineering
• Identify which channels, messages, and customer segments are actually working
• Support founder-led sales, partnerships, and pilot expansion
• Help shape the early GTM system before a larger team exists
