About the Role

A senior hands-on leadership position at the forefront of AI innovation. You'll architect AI systems, lead a team of top engineers, and drive technical strategy across the company's core AI initiatives, from prototype to production.

Responsibilities

• 7+ years of industry experience in AI/ML engineering
• Deep expertise in LLMs, AI agents (LangChain, LlamaIndex), or RAG systems
• Proven track record leading major AI projects end-to-end
• Experience building systems at a massive scale on AWS or GCP
• Proficient in Python, Go, Java, or Scala
• Strong communicator, comfortable presenting to executives and mentoring senior engineers

Qualifications

• 7+ years of industry experience in AI/ML engineering

Pay range and compensation package

$250,000 – $350,000 base salary + equity + full benefits package (health, dental, vision, wellness stipend, flexible PTO)
