About the Role

The Technical Operations Specialist supports EPODIUM's Pleasanton, CA headquarters by helping manage the flow of shipping and receiving, maintaining inventory accuracy, and keeping daily operations running efficiently. After a full onboarding period, this role is expected to transition to our growing Las Vegas, NV location.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound shipments of IT hardware and equipment, coordinating with carriers and global distribution partners
• Process and document received goods, ensuring accuracy and compliance with purchase and sales orders
• Aide the Operations Manager in the day-to-day office operations and serve as a point of contact for freight vendors and internal team logistics
• Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular stock counts, and generate reports for leadership
• Proactively identify, flag, and report potential discrepancies, low stock levels, or fulfillment risks

Qualifications

Required

• Strong attention to detail, especially when handling high-value IT equipment
• Proficiency with Shipping platforms (FedEx, UPS, DHL) and standard office tools (Microsoft Office)
• Strong communicator, able to coordinate across internal teams and external partners
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• College Graduate

Preferred

• 2+ years in operations, logistics, warehouse, and/or office management
• Background in supply chain, procurement, or fulfillment

This is a fully onsite role at EPODIUM's Pleasanton, CA HQ.
