The role involves providing outpatient physical therapy services to adult and geriatric patients, utilizing a broad skill set including assessment, gait training, therapeutic exercises, and use of adaptive devices. Candidates are required to bring their valid California license on the first day of the assignment. Job Details: Location: Santa Rosa, California Specialty: Physical Therapist Outpatient Start Date: June 29, 2026 Shift Hours: 8 hours per day Shift Time: Days Minimum Hours Per Week: 40 hours Required Qualifications: Valid California license; BLS certification; 3 years of experience, including 1 year of charge experience; zero years of experience for the baseline; recent outpatient setting experience preferred. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with adult outpatient therapy, familiarity with Epic charting system, and the ability to float between sister facilities. Float: Float rotation may be required to sister facilities nearby. Additional Information: Travelers may be expected to float between sister facilities nearby the contracted hospital. Travelers' refusal to float may result in termination of the assignment and/or forfeiture of guaranteed hours. Travelers must be willing to work two out of three major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year). Certifications and Certifications: BLS certification is required. Submission Requirements: RTO (Return to Office) must be included at the time of submission. Copies of certifications and references covering at least 1 year (6 months for CNAs) within the last 3 years are required. EMR System: Epic charting system experience required.
